BOARD ROOM  “ART GALLERY”

Following tradition, the Parkway Art Department will again run an art display in the Board room following the following rotation schedule , with each school exhibiting one time during the year for one month.

Four schools will exhibit per month, usually 12 or so 2-D pieces each, depending on size.

Please send best work, properly matted, when appropriate, or displayed neatly. 

Please put work up on the first school day of the month and take down on the last school day of the month.    Also, please make sure you exhibit your school name with your work.

I will leave a copy of our schedule with the receptionist if there is any question.  Please call the administration building before you go to check if the room is o.k. for set up.

Following is your assigned month, however If your scheduled time is a hardship, please feel free to trade with another school and let me know of the change.

OCTOBER:

Carman Trails, Highcroft Ridge, Mason Ridge, West Middle

NOVEMBER:

Barretts, Shenandoah Valley, Northeast Middle, South High

DECEMBER:

Hanna Woods, Oak Brook, Wren Hollow, Fern Ridge

JANUARY:

Sorrento Springs, Ross, South Middle, Central High

FEBRUARY:

Pierremont, Southwest Middle, McKelvey, Green Trails

MARCH:

Claymont, Bellerive, Central Middle, West High

APRIL:

River Bend, North High, Craig, Henry
