Summary:

1. Parkway outperformed the state and the nation but some areas had a slightly downward trend. 

2. Parkway has a gap existing among subgroups, although some areas are closing the gaps. The gaps are     consistent with the state and the national trends. 

3. Parkway sustained high standards on other outcome measures.
