1. Review and manage Parkway's Assessment Plan
2. Analyze Parkway's disaggregated and longitudal standardized data
3. Monitor Parkway’s “organizational health” continuous improvement
4. Review Parkway's Common Assessments
5. Monitor data access to staff and encourage "Data Democracy" in Parkway
6. Monitor Parkway District Assessment Goals
7. Review relevant policy issues

Responsibilities:

1. Attend the district assessment committee meetings
2. Report information from the meeting to the principal, faculty members, and their district colleagues (i.e., counselor’s meeting).
3. Carry out the committee role

District Assessment Goals:

1. The district administers state-required tests and other tests and uses disaggregated and longitudinal assessment data to adjust its curriculum and instruction.
2. District uses variety of assessment data to support decision about curriculum and instruction
3. Teachers use data to inform instruction & trained on this process
4. Board reviews performance data
5. District uses performance data to adjust instruction & evaluates the effectiveness
6. District uses strategies to motivate students to take required tests & recognize them
