Saving a Schoology Course to Resources

When you are finished with creating the course or it’s the end of a quarter/semester, you may want to save your entire course (with the folders, assignments, discussions, and pages) to Resources. Then you can import the materials to another class, such a course you are teaching the next semester.

1. On the course homepage, go to Options and select Save Course to Resources.

Note: When you save a course to Resources, the following items will NOT copy : student information, student submissions, Google Drive Assignments, Announcements, and Updates.

2. You can keep the default settings and select Submit.

3. When the transfer is complete, it will be in your Resources tab, and the course will be a folder defaulted to the bottom of your list.

Note: This method will strip folder colors you have set in your original course. Items reset in the Resource tab will remain.
