Notice To Contractors - Masonry Services FY25 - FY26
The following construction project is being advertised for bids by Parkway School District Facilities Department, 363 North Woods Mill Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
Pursuant to state law RSMo 177.086, projects that exceed an anticipated expenditure of fifteen thousand dollars shall be publicly advertised, once a week for two consecutive weeks, in the St. Louis Countian.

Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. CDT and are to be electronically submitted to https://parkwayschools.bonfirehub.com/. Results will be read aloud on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. CDT at the Parkway School District, District Operations, 363 N. Woods Mill Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017 in the Large Conference Room.

The estimated construction budget for this project is: $100,000
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the specifications and RSMo Section 290.220 which provides that “A wage of no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, shall be paid to all workers employed by or on behalf of any public body engaged in public works exclusive of maintenance work."
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the specifications and RSMO Section 292.675 which provides that "Any contractor for any public body for purposes of construction of public works and any subcontractor to such contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees which includes a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA or a similar program approved by the department which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program, unless such employees have previously completed the required program."
Bids may not be withdrawn for at least 45 days after the closing date for receipt of bids.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
