Student Records and Transcripts
Education Verification: If you are a company in need of an Education Verification, please contact the Student Records office by phone at (314) 415-9062 or send a request to kkruger@parkwayschools.net.
TRANSCRIPTS:
Current Parkway Students can obtain a copy of their transcript by contacting their school counseling office. Student records are maintained at the school of most recent attendance for one school year after graduation/departure from Parkway. The Parkway Student Records office maintains the education and health records of all former Parkway students.
High School Alumni Transcripts and Educational Records:
Graduates can send a transcript or obtain educational records by using SchooLinks. You may create a new account or, if you had a SchooLinks account in high school, that login should still be active.

DIPLOMAS
If you have lost or misplaced your diploma, we cannot issue a new one. A graduation verification letter can be written at no cost to substitute for this. This letter will list your name, date of birth, and state that you have completed all academic courses and credit requirements to earn a diploma from the Parkway School District. Your graduating school and graduation date will also be included in this letter.
If you never received your diploma, please contact the counselor’s office at your graduating high school.
To obtain special education records (IEP, Disability Evaluation Report), complete THIS FORM and send to the Special School District of St. Louis County (SSD) as they are the custodian of special education records.
