Bus Stop Information

My Ride K-12

  • Find your bus stop information on the My Ride K-12 website  and My Ride K-12 App
  • To log in, set up an account, and link each bus rider's student ID number and birthdate.
  • A new feature in the Tyler My Ride K-12 mobile app allows families to receive push notifications when a child's bus is approaching the bus stop or when a bus is running early or late.

Requesting a change to bus stop assignment

  • Use the Bus Stop Change/Enroll Request form to request a different bus stop assignment.
  • Transportation will evaluate the space available. If space is not available, the student(s) will be added to a waitlist.
  • No changes can be made during the first two weeks of school in order to maintain the consistency of routes and bus stops for all students.
  • Any additional questions can be directed to (314) 415-8400.
  • For students in the VICC program that need to make a change, families should contact Parkway VST directly at (314) 415-9059 or (314) 415-9060 (after 11:30 a.m.). There will be no changes for the first two weeks of school.

For New Parkway Families

  • If you recently enrolled your child in Parkway, your bus route and bus stop will typically be available within 3-5 business days after registration is complete.
  • Call Transportation at (314) 415-8400 for questions about your bus route or stop.

for Kindergarten families

  • To ensure the safety of our youngest children, kindergarten students will not be dropped off at a bus stop alone without a parent or approved adult present.
  • Kindergarten students can be dropped off with an older sibling riding the same bus unless parents advise otherwise.
  • Students should be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled stop time.
