Families eligible for bus transportation can expect an email with details, including their designated route number, bus stop location, and pickup/drop-off times, the week of August 10-14.
Bus stop locations and pick-up/drop-off times may be adjusted during the first few weeks of school as Transportation finalizes routes to best serve our students and families. Communication will be sent out if any changes are made.
Bus stop information for your student(s) can be found on the My Ride K-12 website and the My Ride K-12 mobile app.
To set up an account on My Ride K-12, you will need a student ID number and birthdate to link to your student(s).
The My Ride K-12 mobile app now features push notifications to families when a child's bus is running early or late. To learn how to install and configure the mobile app to include the latest push notification upgrade, click here.
If you recently enrolled your child in Parkway and indicated a need for bus service, your bus stop information is typically available within 3-5 business days after registration is complete.
To ensure the safety of our youngest children, kindergarten students will not be dropped off at a bus stop alone without a parent or approved adult present.
Kindergarten students can be dropped off with an older sibling riding the same bus unless parents advise otherwise.
Students should be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
For students in the Voluntary Interdistrict Choice Corporation (VICC) program who need to make a change to their transportation, families should contact Parkway VST directly at (314) 415-9059, or (314) 415-9060 after 11:30 a.m. There will be no changes made in the first two weeks of school.
