    Please look for Email Communication in regards to Outdoor School throughout the summer.


    August 9, 2018         SWM Ice Cream Social  

    Print forms will be handed out to students in attendance, please visit the Outdoor School table. 


    August 15, 2018       SWM First Day of School 

    Outdoor School financial commitment information, health and permission slip forms distributed to students not in attendance at the Ice Cream Social.  Financial aid and fund raising opportunity explained.  Financial aid is limited and awarded on need and a first come, first serve basis.


    August 16, 2018      SWM Outdoor School Parent Meeting  - Presentation linked HERE if you were unable to attend.

    5:30 pm turn in health forms, permission slips and $100 down payment or by 8/17 in order to reserve bed and attend. 

    6:00 pm Informational meeting and Fund Raiser explained

    *Following the OS Parent Meeting, the Explorer teacher will hold a short Explorer Meet The Teacher session in the House Commons.

    Checks or cash are accepted at the SWM School Store or credit card payments can be made through your My School Bucks account under the School Store Tab.

    Balances must be paid in full by January 20, 2019.

    TJs Fund-Raiser Information

    Students will have the option to participate in the TJs Fund-Raiser to off-set the expense of the Outdoor School fee.  

    • Informational packets will be distrubuted and selling begins September 24, 2018.
    • Pick up on NOVEMBER 10th, 8am-12pm at Southwest Middle Peggy Terry Commons
