Carly Roach is entering her 10th year at West High as a counselor for students with the last names A-Da. Along with her comprehensive counseling duties, Carly is also one of the Diversity in Action (DIA) building liaisons. Carly grew up in central Illinois and graduated from a small rural high school, taking advantage of every sport and extra-curricular activity possible. She left the confines of the cornfields and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for her Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. After marrying her husband Matt, she moved to St. Louis to work for Special School District at Mehlville High School. She concurrently earned her Master's in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and is now in her 12th year as a high school counselor. Carly lives in Ballwin with her husband Matt (another Parkway teacher) and their 4 daughters: Peyton and Reese (8-years), Campbell (5.5 years), and Drew (2.5 years). Carly loves playing with her family, drinking coffee, running, exploring, and helping students grow into who they were made to be.
