How to Get Tech Support
Step 1) Try Yourself
Before asking for help, first try to research & troubleshoot yourself. Look through your school or district technology webpage, search on Google, YouTube, etc.
Step 2) Ask a Friend or Classmate
During an appropriate time, ask a classmate that you think might know the answer.
Step 3) Ask a Teacher
If you gave it your best shot, asked a classmate, and are STILL need help - it's time to discuss the problem w/ your teacher.
Step 4) Submit a Tech Ticket
If you're in class, get your teacher's permission to submit a Tech Ticket explaining the problem.
Step 5) Receive Support
A technology specialist will contact you to explain the next steps.
