English as a Second Language Classes
We offer classes for adults whose first language is not English. Students in beginning classes learn to speak, listen for understanding, read, and write English. Intermediate and advanced students have the opportunity to improve conversation, grammar, pronunciation, reading, and writing.
Summer 2026 ESL Registration & Dates
Registration for summer classes is closed. See the 2026-2027 ESL Registration & Session Dates below to register for fall classes.
Post-testing is mandatory. Summer students must post-test during their scheduled class or scheduled appointment (August 24-26).

2026-2027 ESL Registration & Session Dates
Register here for fall classes. After registering, you will be asked to scheduled your orientation and testing appointment. Choose a date prior to the beginning of the session you want to attend. Anyone completing testing after the session begins will not be able to start until the following session begins.
Daily attendance is required. Post-testing is mandatory for each session and will be scheduled the last week of class.
Session 1: Classes begin Tuesday, September 8 and continue through Wednesday, October 21. Students must post-test during their scheduled class or scheduled appointment (October 19-21).
Session 2: Classes begin Monday, October 26 and continue through Wednesday, December 16. Students must post-test during their scheduled class or scheduled appointment (December 14-16).
Session 3: Classes begin Monday, January 4 and continue through Wednesday, March 10. Students must post-test during their scheduled class or scheduled appointment (March 8-10).
Session 4: Classes begin Monday, March 22 and continue through Wednesday, May 19. Students must post-test during their scheduled class or scheduled appointment (May 17-19).
