Dear Parkway Parents and Community,
Your support and outpouring of help, patience and gratitude during this time is so appreciated. We are experiencing an unprecedented time in history and one we did not expect. While our school buildings are closed, our commitment to our children, employees and families remains the same. Our teachers, staff and leaders are working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide support for our students. I want to provide you some important updates:
- Please bookmark this website for the latest information during this emergency closure.
- All Parkway Schools, buildings and district offices will remain closed through April 22. If you need to reach us, please visit our department or staff directories. We recommend email as the best form of contact, at this time, as many employees are working from home.
We will continue to provide frequent updates during this closure. We are all doing our best, given the challenge we face, but I remain optimistic. Maybe it’s my nature, but I believe each challenge brings opportunity. I think we all have opportunities here. As educators, we can continue to support our kids. As citizens and neighbors, we can support one another. We may not see it yet, but there will be lessons to learn and opportunities to grow.
As always, if you have a need, please reach out to us, your school or teacher and we will work to support you and your family.
Thank you and stay well,
How can I help?
The Parkway Food Pantry provides meals to Parkway students throughout the entire year. The pantry will remain open during the emergency district closure. If you would like to donate to the pantry, click here.
