Brandon Dahl & Robert Schwartz [PNH'99]

With many notable upcoming consequential elections in 2024, Robert and Brandon founded the nonprofit organization PrimaryPower to empower voters to participate in their primary elections and caucuses. Primary Power provides voters with the tools to register and participate, and encourages them to think strategically about which primary election to participate in. Sometimes the answer isn't as straightforward as voting for the candidate you would like to see win in the general election--that is for voters to decide.

Robert has been the creative engine behind PrimaryPower, and has assembled an accomplished advisory board which includes former Congressmen, Ambassadors, and experienced political professionals. He has also taken a one-year leave of absence from his job to dedicate himself to the organization. For most of the two months leading up to the "First in the nation" primary in New Hampshire, Robert is on-the-ground full-time in New Hampshire conducting voter outreach. Organizational activities include hosting a forum in October with local leaders and presidential campaign surrogates (bi-partisan), funding rideshare operations for voters on the day of the election, and reaching voters through print mail and SMS/phone contact.

Brandon contributes as Finance Director and Treasurer, involved with day-to-day operations, and participates in activities to engage primary voters, such as a college convention at New England College in Henniker, NH.
