We are aware of an issue where some parents with Hotmail, AT&T or Live email addresses are not receiving some school or district emails.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working with our vendor to correct the issue as soon as possible. The issue is impacting school districts and these email providers across the country.
How can I ensure I receive emails from Parkway in the meantime?
Login to the Parkway Schools mobile app to see emails from your school(s) and Parkway. Click the Notifications button for all messages. If you do not have the Parkway app, you may download it on iOS and Android here.
If you have an additional email address that is not a Hotmail, Live, or AT&T, you may add it to your Infinite Campus account.
Important information from your school should also be posted on the home page of your school’s website.
