5/18/2023 -- At its meeting last night, the board of education approved an update to the 2023-24 calendar. There will be no school for students on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, for Election Day. This will be a professional development day for teachers.

This change to close school on April election days is a result of continued feedback from parents and staff about safety and mirrors the current practice of closing school on November election days.
