The Spring Beautification Day is Saturday, April 27th. All clubs, societies, individuals, teachers, and staff are invited to help care for the school by mulching, picking up trash, planting flowers, etc. at this year's Spring Clean event. Volunteers may check in starting at 8:00 am. Project Help provides tools, supplies, and a hot dog lunch at the end of the event. Please RSVP on the Project Help club website by April 22 so we have enough tools and lunch for everyone who helps with the Beautification efforts.
Seniors, please note that Thursday, April 18th will be the last day payment by check will be accepted at the school store.

Attention Seniors: Monday, April 22 is the final due date for all library books. Any library books checked out to seniors after Monday April 22 will be assigned a fine. Please return all library books before then. For questions or help, please see a librarian.

Parkway Central 2019 prom will be on May 4th
Tickets will go on sale April 8th and will be $65 until the 18th
From the 22nd to the 25th the price will be raised to $75.
Prom this year will be at Hilton Frontenac, doors will open at 6:30 and dinner will be at 7:00 the evening will end at 10:30 pm.
If you’re a senior strong with the force consider running for court. Nominations will be available April 8th-April 18th and voting will be on Friday April the 26th.

Attention Juniors! Are you interested in becoming a manager of the Colt Cafe next year? If you are, visit us in room 403 on Thursday April 18 during Ac Lab at 10:00, right by the Colt Cafe. You can sign up for next year, ask questions, and grab a free donut and coffee! See you then!
Congratulations to Katie Kertzman for making the dance team for University of Arkansas. Out of 45 freshman that tried out for the team took 3 new members of the dance team and Katie was 1 of the 3. We are so proud of you.

Attention all students, do you know your way around a camera or would like to learn, if so try signing up for the Video Board Internship, this internship also pays 10 dollars an hour, we will be hiring 5-6 students and spots will up fast so make sure to sign up quick. If you are interested meet at the front of the school at 10:00 on Thursday to take a tour of the press box and learn how to use the video board.

In sports action from yesterday the golf team picked up wins over both Eureka and Parkway North with James Sherstoff earning medalist honors with a 37. Varsity baseball lost a heartbreaker to Ladue 5-4 in 10 innings. JV and varsity tennis both picked up solid wins over Lindbergh. JV and varsity soccer both defeated Parkway North. Today in home action JV girls track will run against Northwest, freshmen volleyball will take on Thomas Jefferson while JV and varsity will face Ritenour, and JV and varsity lacrosse will take on Parkway West. In away games JV golf is in the summit tourney, varsity golf will take on Ladue, the boys track team will be at Parkway North in the Fred Lyons meet and varsity soccer will travel to Pattonville.
