New elementary principals

New principals 4/28/2017 -- We are pleased to announce five new principals have been selected to serve our elementary schools, effective July 1 pending board approval.


Ms. Jaime Otto, River Bend (pictured top right)

Ms. Jaime Otto has been selected as the next principal of River Bend Elementary.

 

Otto is currently the principal of Holman Elementary in the Ferguson-Florissant School District where she has served for five years. She also serves as the lead principal representing and supporting all elementary principals in the district. Previously, she was an elementary classroom teacher in Ferguson-Florissant elementary schools for nearly 15 years.

 

Dr. Kristy Roberts, Hanna Woods (pictured bottom left)

Dr. Kristy Roberts has been selected as the next principal of Hanna Woods Elementary.

Roberts is currently the principal of Bierbaum Elementary in the Mehlville School District where she has served for 10 years. Previously, she has served in a number of leadership roles including Brentwood Middle School and St. Mark’s Lutheran School. Dr. Roberts has served students as an educator for more than 20 years. She has been an adjunct education professor at Southwest Baptist University in St. Louis for nearly 10 years.  

 

Cartelia Lucas, Highcroft Ridge (pictured bottom right)

Ms. Cartelia Lucas has been selected as the next principal of Highcroft Ridge Elementary.

Lucas is a familiar face at Highcroft and in Parkway, previously serving as administrative intern at Highcroft for two years. Cartelia is currently serving as the assistant principal of Ross Elementary in Parkway. Prior to her leadership roles, she served students in a number of roles as instructional coach, literacy coach, reading intervention specialist and as a classroom teacher at Craig, River Bend, Barretts and Carman Trails elementary schools in Parkway for 13 years combined.

Dr. Allison Love has been selected as the next principal of Carman Trails Elementary.

 

Love is a familiar face in Parkway, previously serving at Parkway West Middle and Sorrento Springs Elementary for more than 10 years combined. Throughout that time, she served students in a number of roles as an instructional coach, math intervention specialist, classroom teacher and summer school coordinator. Allison is currently an Assistant Principal at Wydown Middle School in the School District of Clayton.


Dr. Greg Cicotte, Shenandoah Valley (pictured top center)
Dr. Greg Cicotte has been selected as the next principal of Shenandoah Elementary.

 

Cicotte is currently the principal of Pheasant Point Elementary in the Fort Zumwalt School District where he has served since 2006. Previously, he served as assistant principal at Zumwalt’s Ostmann and Twin Chimneys elementary schools. Prior to joining Fort Zumwalt, Dr. Cicotte was the administrative intern at Mason Ridge Elementary in Parkway. Cicotte was also a classroom teacher for seven years.
