Parkway names Christa Warner principal of Wren Hollow Elementary

Christa Warner  4/13/2018 -- Superintendent Keith Marty announced that Christa Warner has been named principal at Wren Hollow Elementary, effective July 1. 

 

Warner is currently the assistant superintendent of elementary education in the Hazelwood School District.  Prior to leading the district as assistant superintendent, Warner served Hazelwood as an elementary school principal for six years, where she led her school to National School of Character recognition, and improving student achievement and outcomes. She served as an elementary assistant principal and principal for three years in the Mehlville School District. Warner was twice recognized for outstanding teaching in Hancock Place and Mehlville.

 

“Dr. Warner has expressed a strong desire for a new opportunity, specifically, desiring to serve the Parkway and Wren Hollow community, said Superintendent Dr. Keith Marty. Dr. Warner has a proven track record as a highly skilled professional, problem-solver, team leader and communicator.”

 

Warner holds a doctorate in educational leadership from St. Louis University. She holds a master’s degree in elementary education from Southwest Baptist University and a bachelor of science in education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
