Elizabeth Malloy named Principal of Shenandoah Valley Elementary

Elizabeth Malloy4/14/25 – Elizabeth Malloy has been selected as the next principal of Shenandoah Valley Elementary, beginning July 1.

Dr. Malloy brings nearly 20 years of experience in education, with a strong focus on instructional leadership, student success, and staff collaboration. She currently serves as assistant principal at Henderson Elementary in the Francis Howell School District, where she leads school improvement planning, professional development, student leadership initiatives, and special education support.

Dr. Malloy's experience includes roles as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, administrative intern, and leadership on numerous district committees focused on curriculum, assessment, and student well-being. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University and is deeply committed to fostering equity, excellence, and a strong sense of community.

"We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Malloy as the new principal of Shenandoah," Superintendent Dr. Keith Marty said. "She brings experiences that match the students' and the school's needs at Shenandoah. We look forward to her bringing stability to a school that has had significant recent leadership changes."
