Schools of Character
2/6/2020 -- Highcroft Ridge and Wren Hollow elementary schools have been selected as State Schools of Character for their dedicated focus on character development. Both schools will now be considered for selection as a National School of Character this spring. In addition, Oak Brook Elementary (National School of Character) has been renewed.
Schools of Character must demonstrate that their focus on character development has had a positive impact on academic achievement, student behavior and school climate.
Twelve Parkway schools are National Schools of Character.
