A doctor's authorization and parental permission are both needed for all medicines

to be given at school. 

Additionally, all medicines must be brought to the nurse's office and cannot remain

in the classroom unless prior, specific arrangements have been made in advance

with the nurse. 

***ALL STORED MEDICINE MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR
