We are working hard to meet the eLearning needs of all students and staff members. Many organizations are experiencing limited access to wifi hotspots during the pandemic, and Parkway is as well. Please consider alternative wireless solutions from corporate partners.
Service provider status
A large number of technology service providers are experiencing periodic outages due to the massive increase in the volume of users across the nation. In the past week, both Schoology and Google have had short outages that have impacted our students and teachers. Locally, there have also been reports of internet outages from providers like Charter Spectrum and AT&T. We have also heard that other school districts using other tools are having similar experiences.
As we continue to navigate this new online landscape, we will do our best to inform you of outages that may impact eLearning for extended periods of time.
