Henry Elementary School is a special place where excellence in education is a tradition.  Quality teaching and learning experiences, which are based on research, nurture the growth of each child--academically, socially, physically and emotionally.  The unique differences, talents and capabilities of each child are recognized and developed.  A family atmosphere of caring exists among students, staff and parents, with a shared responsibility for education between the school and home.  Our focus is for all students to develop to their maximum potential, recognize their self-worth, and display a sense of pride for their own accomplishments.

Henry invites parents to join the school in the educational program for their children.  Parents are encouraged to maintain high expectations of their children and their school, to send children to school with a positive attitude, and to express interest in their experiences at school.  Together, the parents and the school can make our children's school years exciting and challenging.  We have high expectations for ourselves and our students.
