    *Assignment books will be purchased for 4th and 5th grades, they are $2.00 each.

    **All students will need tennis shoes for gym class.

     

    4th and 5th Grade Orchestra*

    Rent (preferred) or purchase a quality instrument in the appropriate size (consult Mrs. Rekas or your area music store for help.)

    Violin and Violas should have a shoulder sponge; cellos and basses should have a rockstop.

    You will need the appropriate rosin (basses - purchase Pop’s bass rosin) and a cleaning cloth, but you do not need the instrument cleaning kits that some stores sell.

    It is suggested that you also get music stand for home practice.
