11/3/2021 -- Parkway is partnering with Medley Pharmacy to administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for students age 5-11 for families that are interested.

The event will be held at Parkway Central Middle School on November 19 from 5-8 p.m. with a return visit for the second dose December 10 from 5-8 p.m. These dates are subject to change based on the vaccination supply that is provided to Medley by the federal government.

If you are interested in your student (age 5-11) participating in this vaccine clinic, please confirm by completing this form to express your interest.
