To organize, form, promote and maintain a continuing organization of adults and parents of Parkway North High School to support and create interest in school athletic activities and programs

To engage in miscellaneous organized fund-raising activities with all proceeds of such activities to be turned over to the athletic department of Parkway North High School for the purchase of athletic equipment.
