    Students:

This website is intended to serve as a resource for you!!! In addition to teaching, I am one of the Special Education Department Chairs.

    Where you can find me:

On most days, you can find me before school in the Special Education Office (Room 800); across from the health classrooms.  My academic lab meets in Room 1007 and I am available after school most days after school.  On Monday and Wednesdays, I proctor detentions, but can provide additional support from 2:40-3:20 in the FACS classroom. I am flexiable other days of the week, as long as you let me know your plans ahead of time.

    About Me:

I first began teaching in Parkway in 2006, after teaching at Clayton High School for 12 years and Bayless Middle School for 3 years.  I completed my undergraduate work at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and my Master's Degree in Special Education from Webster University.  I am currently Co-Teaching Modern United States History, World History and Government as well as teaching a Consumer Math 2 class and a Learning Strategies Class

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, Mia who is 15 and is in 10th grade at Central and Faith, who is 12 and is in Seventh Grade at Central Middle.  In the fall, our weekends are spent watching college football (Go Mizzou and Go Blue) and running the girls to their various activities.  Spring brings my favorite season, baseball.  I also love reading, movies and music.
