• Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities

    The Parkway Alumni Association and its programs are propelled by a small office staff (one of them a volunteer) and a host of Parkway grads who are already familiar with the benefits that come from lending their time, energy and expertise to a worthwhile organization. 

    The PAA Board of Directors meets 10 times per year and guides the association in fulfilling its mission. Each meeting lasts about two hours. Most board members participate in helping the PAA deliver its programs to intended audiences, or provide behind-the-scenes guidance to ensure programs unfold as planned.

    The board has many committees that meet on an as-needed basis. Some (but not all!) of the association's ongoing committees include:

    • Trivia Night
    • Golf Tournament
    • Hall of Fame
    • Granting Dreams
    • Community Outreach (Volunteers)
    • Community Breakfast
    • Development (Fundraising/Friendraising)
    • Networking Groups
