Q: Am I able to meet with my counselor during the blended model?
A: Your counselors ARE available to respond to any questions you have using email and/or Google Meet. Please reach out to your counselor via email if you have a quick question. If you would like a meeting, request using the "Counseling Meeting Request Form" above.
Q: What should I do if there is an emergency?
A: Anytime there is a medical emergency, please call 911. For a mental health crisis, please reach out to one of these resources:
St. Louis Youth Connection Helpline: The Youth Connection Helpline is a dedicated 24/7 hotline for youth, parents, guardians, or other concerned individuals to access crisis intervention, behavioral health and substance use assessment, and service linkage. Services are provided by master’s level professionals and are readily available by phone, SMS text, web chat, and in person through mobile outreach.
