Transcripts

  • Class of 2025

    All students are required to submit the “Authorization for Release of Student Records” or a FERPA waiver on SchooLinks. This form gives permission for us to send records and communicate with college admissions offices about the applicants.  Once the form has been processed by the Counseling office, students will then be able to request the specific places they would like their records to be sent through their SchooLinks account.

    For transcripts to be sent to colleges:
    Colleges > College Applications (If this is your first time, you will have to fill out your Personal Details, Fee Waiver Eligibility, and FERPA Waiver - MAKE SURE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS) > If New Application click on "Add Application" > Answer Questions > Automatically Requested

    Transcript Request Form Instructions

    • November 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by October 28

    • December 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by November 25

    • January 1 Application Deadline - Must be REQUESTED by December 16

    • Other Deadline - At least 1 week prior to deadline!

    For transcripts to be sent to scholarship programs, enrichment programs, NCAA / NAIA, etc.
    School > Record Requests > Send Official Transcript

    Recent Grads (Class of 2024)

    If you need an official copy sent, please reach out to Ms. Meyer via email at kmeyer5@parkwayschools.net.  Include the mailing address or email recipient when making the request. NOTE: Official transcripts cannot be emailed to students or parents. A transcript is only official if it is sent directly from the school to the sending location.

    Former Grads (Class of 2023 or earlier)

    Parkway North High may only process transcript requests for one school year beyond graduation.  For all transcript requests prior to the class of 2023, please click here for more information and instructions for requesting transcripts from Parkway School District.
