Student Records and Transcripts

Student records are maintained at the school of most recent attendance for one school year after graduation/departure from Parkway. The Parkway Student Records office maintains the education and health records of all other former Parkway students. Current students can obtain a copy of their transcript by contacting their counselor's office.
Former students or their parents or guardians (if the student is under 18) may obtain a copy of their records in person or send in a request.
Transcripts and all educational records can be requested by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org), or mailing the Records Request Form or by coming to the Parkway Welcome Center anytime between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Welcome Center is located at 760 Woods Mill Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011, just beyond Parkway South Middle School. Transcripts may take up to 48 hours to process. Call first if you would like to pick up a hard copy from The Welcome Center.
For your written request, provide the following information: Please fill out the Records Request Form and print it. Make sure the following information is filled out on the form: type of record needed; student's full name while attending; year when the student left Parkway; date of birth; the name of last Parkway school attended; name and address where you wish the transcript sent along with your signature.

If you have lost or misplaced your diploma, we cannot issue a new one. A graduation verification letter can be written at no cost to substitute for this. This letter will list your name, date of birth, and state that you have completed all academic courses and credit requirements to earn a diploma from the Parkway School District. Your graduating school and graduation date will also be included in this letter.
If you never received your diploma, please contact the counselor’s office at your graduating high school.SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS
To obtain special education records (IEP, Disability Evaluation Report), complete THIS FORM and send to the Special School District of St. Louis County (SSD) as they are the custodian of special education records.If you are an employee of a public school district K-12 in need of special education records for a new student in your district, send a request for records on your school/district letterhead to SSD Records by fax at (314) 989-8170 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
