Dance Marathon is a nationwide program that raises funds for local Children's Miracle Network hospitals. At Parkway Central, our program helps to support children and families that are currently at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Cardinal Glennon. The funds go towards programs, medical supplies, and treatments that are not regularly supported or covered by insurance. To learn more about Dance Marathon at a nationwide level, please click here.
At Parkway Central, the Dance Marathon organization focuses on recruiting community members, students, and faculty to support Children's Miracle Network. We plan for the Dance Marathon event, which is a celebration of the money raised and the Miracle Families. We invite local children and their families who are currently undergoing treatment to join us and share their stories. There is dancing, games, prizes, and a celebration of one generation fighting for the next.
If you would like to be a part of this movement at Parkway Central, please contact Ms. Reeves in the mathematics department (room 505).
