Logging into the Parkway Network

  • I don't know my Username or Password.

    If you don't know your username or password, please see your building's Technology Specialist or contact the Parkway Technology Help Desk at 314-415-8181, option 1. The Help Desk’s hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

    Parkway's Self-Service Password Reset Registration

    Please use the Internet Explorer for the following steps:

    To set up your Password Reset account, follow the instructions below. This is a one-time registration process. 

    1. Log onto the Self-Service Password Reset Registration site.
    2. Log in with your Network Username and Password. 
    3. Now click “Log In.”
    4. Answer at least 3 security questions.
    5. Click “Next.” You have now completed the registration.

    Your security questions can always be edited after registration.


    Self-Service Password Reset

    After registering your account, you now have the ability to reset your own Parkway Network Password. To do so, follow the instructions below.

    1. Log onto the Self-Service Password Reset site.
    2. Enter your Network Username
    3. Click “Next.”
    4. Answer your Password Security Questions.
    5. Click “Next.”

    Once you have successfully answered your Security Questions, you may now create a new password.
