• High School Equivalency & Adult Basic Education  


  • We offer a variety of free adult education services for individuals 17 and older.  Classes are individualized.  Students work at their own pace on the skills they need.

    In classes you will:

    • Improve basic reading, writing, and math skills
    • Develop Workforce skills
    • Prepare for the Missouri High School Equivalency Tests (HSE/GED)
    • Prepare for Postsecondary Education
    • Prepare for the WorkKeys and Job Placement tests

      Winter/spring classes begin Monday, January 6th and continue until May 22nd.  However, new students can begin class every week through the end of March.  The last day to register for spring classes is March 16th.  All classes are in-person and are held at various locations throughout St. Louis County.  Students must be tested prior to beginning class.  Once our office receives your application, a staff member will contact you regarding signing up for testing and orientation.
