Doing Business with Parkway School District
Vendor Registration
The District strongly encourages vendors to register on Parkway Schools Bonfire Procurement Portal. Registration is at no cost and allows vendors access to view and respond to formal solicitations. This will be the only method in which Parkway Purchasing will post bid opportunities
- Registration Instructions:
- Click on “Log in/Register” - in the upper right corner.
- Click on “Create your free Bonfire account”.
- Fill in your information and click on “Create account”
- Follow the prompts on the portal to complete your registration
- Technical assistance is available on the portal website, if needed.
- Important things to remember during registration:
- Please be sure to select at least one, or more, NIGP codes for your business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using those codes and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.
- Signed W-9 is required for submission.
- Including the email address for Purchase Orders. This will ensure purchase orders are received in a timely manner.
Bid Opportunities
- Current and past bid openings are available through Parkway's Procurement Portal
- Public bid openings are held virtually on Bonfire - instructions here. Registration is not required on Bonfire to attend a bid opening.
- Construction Bids - Click to see current bid information on various bond, planning, engineering, technology, and construction projects. Contact John Blanton at (314)415-8289 for further assistance.
