Welcome back!
Michael Christian returns to Parkway School District, this time as Chief of Security! Mike is a 1988 graduate of West High and a MIZZOU alum, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992. After college, Mike graduated from St. Louis Metropolitan Police Academy and served as a St. Louis City Police Officer for 3-1/2 years before joining the Chesterfield Police Department. During his tenure with Chesterfield Police, Mike accepted an appointment as an FBI Special Agent, graduating from the FBI Academy in May of 1998.
Mike's first assignment with the FBI was Organized Crime and Violent Crime in Chicago, 1998-2007. From 2007-2021, Mike worked Violent Crime and Fugitives in the FBI's St. Louis office. He served as the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) Coordinator and the Fugitive Task Force (FTF) Coordinator, where St. Louis was a top performer. Mike was awarded the FBI Medal of Excellence for his Fugitive Task Force work.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys hiking, traveling to visit family, listening to live music, hanging out at lakes and barbecuing.
Mike brings to Parkway Security 28 plus years law enforcement experience - 23 with the FBI! Team Security is honored to have Chief Mike at the helm and looks forward to great achievements under his leadership.
