Desktops - Connectivity Issues

  • Checking Network Connectivity
    If you are having issues connecting to the network. Make sure the network cable is firmly plugged into the PC and the network jack in the switch\wall. When its attached and connected there should be either green or amber lights blinking on the pc. 

    Check to make sure the network is not disabled in the notifications area. 

    If these tips have not resolved the connection issues. Try rebooting your PC.
