How to Access Schoology

  • Logging In

    • If you are using a school Chromebook:
      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Go to the parkwayschools bookmarks folder (top-left corner).  Select Clever Connection.
      3. Click Log In With Google.
      4. Click on your Parkway e-mail address that will be listed on the next screen.
      5. On the Clever page look for the Schoology icon and click on it. 
      6. You will now be signed into Schoology. 
      7. Click on Courses to see your current courses.  Click on any course to view your assignments.

    • If you are using a personal computer:
      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Go to www.google.com and sign-in to your Parkway Google Account. 
      3. Once signed in, go to www.clever.com/in/parkwaysd
      4. Click Log In With Google.
      5. Click on your Parkway e-mail address that will be listed on the next screen.
      6. On the Clever page look for the Schoology icon and click on it. 
      7. You will now be signed into Schoology. 
      8. Click on Courses to see your current courses.  Click on any course to view your assignments.

    • If you are using a smartphone:
     
    In order to log in to Schoology on your phone, you will first need to ensure that your Parkway Google account is signed in on the device, as Schoology uses your Google account and not a separate login.  Either sign into Google on your phone's browser or add it as an account on your phone, then go to this website, schoology.parkwayschools.net, and then choose the option to "Log in with Google".  You should then be able to access Schoology through your phone.  

Common Issues with Schoology

  • No Option to Submit Assignments

    This usually occurs when a parent's account is used to access Schoology.  Parents are not able to submit assignments.  Make sure the student who needs to submit work is the one who is logged into Schoology.

    Access Denied When Trying to Access Google Drive Through Schoology

    • Click the "Resources" tab ... click "Apps" ... click "Google Drive Resource App" ... click "Approve.
    • You may be asked to sign into Google when accessing the Google Drive.  This will link your Google Drive account with your Schoology account.
    • In Chrome, click the three-dots menu (top-right corner) ... click Settings ... click Advanced ... click Site Settings ...scroll down and click on Cookies and Site Data ... be sure that "Allow all cookies" is selected.
    • Sign out then sign back into Schoology. 
    • Schoology and Google Drive should work together now.
