Laptops - Connectivity Issues

My laptop is not connecting to the Parkway wireless Internet.
In the Notifications area by the time. There should be either a computer iconor a Wave Icon (need pic).
If its an empty tower (need pic). You just need to click on it and connect to the correct network.
1) Press the Wireless icon to bring up the list of availible networks.
2) Click on the name of the network you wish to connect too.
3) When prompted enter the password for that network.
If neither are present check to make sure you are not in Airplane mode. To turn off Airplane mode.
1) Click the Notifications icon in the bottom right.
2) Click on the Airplane icon and it should no longer be highlighted.
Also check to see if the wireless button is White and not Amber. The button can be found in the upper right just above the keyboard. It looks like an antenna with 2 waves on each side.If these tips have not resolved the issues you are having. Try rebooting your PC.
