How to Get Tech Support

  • Step 1 - Try Yourself 

    Before asking for help, first, try to research & troubleshoot yourself. Look through your school or district technology webpage, search on Google, YouTube, etc. 

    Step 2 - Ask a Friend or Classmate

    During an appropriate time, ask someone that can most likely help you.

    Step 3 - Ask a Teacher

    If you gave it your best shot, asked a classmate, and STILL need help - it's time to discuss the problem w/ your teacher.

    Step 4 - Call the Help Desk

    During the school year, Parkway’s Technology Help Desk will be available to support students, parents, and teachers from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. The Help Desk can be contacted at helpdesk@parkwayschools.net or (314) 415-8181.
