Enter an FMX Work Order for the following:

• The speaker or call buttons are not working in my building or in the classroom.
• Certain areas of the building do not hear bells or announcements.

Send an email to the Help Desk for the following: 

• Volume control for classrooms or common areas
• Adding areas for Console Phone like grade levels, or hallways
• Music module is not working
• Mic module is not working
• Changing/adding Zones or Rooms
• I can not log into the Rauland Telecenter site
