What kind of help do you need with your Network Account?
What is my Parkway Network ID?Your Network ID is your computer's identity for using Parkway technology and applications. Network IDs are typically made from the first initial and last name from the corresponding staff member. If there are multiple staff members with the same first initial and last name combinations, subsequent usernames will have a number on the end. As an example, Jane Doe can be "jdoe." John Doe will be "jdoe1."
If you are a new Parkway employee signing in for the first time:
- You must initially sign into a Parkway Windows computer that is connected to the Parkway network. If you were not issued a Parkway Windows computer, please work with your supervisor for access to one.
- You should have received your Parkway network credentials that was sent to your personal email account provided on your application. (If you do not have your credentials, please call the Help Desk at 314-415-8181)
- You will need to sign into the computer itself. If someone is signed in to the computer, they will first need to sign out or restart the computer.
- At the initial sign-in screen, choose "Switch User." Then, choose "Other User." Type in your Parkway network username and password and hit enter.
- If the credentials were entered correctly, you should receive a message that you must change your password before signing in. Press OK.
- Create a new strong password. See below for password requirements.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again in the "Confirm Password" field. Press Enter
- You will now be signed into the computer under your profile. Please make sure to sign out or shut down the computer when you are done.
