Internet Explorer Issues

  • Internet Explorer Slow: 

    If the Intenet Exploer is slow on the current website you are visiting, please try a different website.

    1. If the 2nd website is slow, try deleting Temporary Internet Files, then close and reopen Internet Explorer.
      • If all sites are slow, try the slow responding websites in a different browser.
        • If the websites are still slow in another browser, please try the site on another computer.
        • If the websites are not slow in another browser, try restarting the Computer.
    2. If the 2nd website is not slow, please try on a different computer or have another person try the initial site.
    3. If websites are still slow or for other issues, please report yor findings to your building's Technology Specialist or the Technology Help Desk.
