Delete Cache and History in Chrome.

At the top right, click More.

Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time."

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data.

Close all of your Chrome windows and restart Chrome.

Does the issue still happen?

If not, great! You have resolved this issue.

If it still happens, move onto the next step.
Try the same website in Incognito Mode.

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More > New Incognito Window.

A new window will appear. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon. .

Navigate to the website where you are having trouble.
Does the issue still happen?
If not, great! You have resolved this issue.
If it still happens, move onto the next step.
Remove unwanted Chrome Extensions.

Open Chrome.
-
Select More > More tools > Extensions.

Next to the extension(s) you want to remove, select Remove.

To confirm, select Remove.
Try the same website on a different web browser.

Open Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox

Navigate to the website where you are having trouble.

Does the issue still happen?

If not, great! You have resolved this issue.

If it still happens, move onto the next step.

Restart your computer.

Sign back into your computer.

Navigate to the website where you are having trouble.
